The Gladstone Inn Lunch or Dinner
This Classic Kiwi Pub first opened it's doors in 1871 and has been serving happy patrons ever since. Known as "The Gladdy" they serve local wines and beer in an amazing outdoor riverside setting, you won't be disappointed with the country style cuisine and wood fire gourmet pizza's.
The Gladstone region boasts vineyards, Stonehenge Aotearoa, a scarecrow festival and of course at the heart the Gladdy Pub. We will fly you right to the door for lunch including an entree, a mains meal and a glass of wine. Enjoy the outdoor setting in summer or inside by the fire in winter.
It was first built in 1871 and sadly burnt down in 1934 only to be rebuilt. Originally a ferry house for crossing the Ruamahunga river from the horse and cart era. After your dining experience when ready you will be collected and returned to our base by shuttle van/car. Please ask about alternate pick up/drop off options.
Prices for a group of 4 $225 pp or $365 pp for a couple.
